Our Publishing Division is celebrating 40 years of service in 2011 and is the original division of Marco Polo Music.

Our Publishing Division is available to all Indie Artists that wish to formally have their songs published and Copyrighted for airplay both in Disc format and online.

We will assist you with filling out paperwork and copyright forms and make sure your works are protected. Working alongside the Artist...we will also assist you with promoting your works for maximum live and airplay exposure...both online and on the airwaves. Your songs will be registered in the U. S. Copyright office in Washington, D. C. and also with BMI.

Writers and Publishers share all royalties in a 50/50 split. Fees are required to register and copyright songs.
